颞下颌关节解剖及正常MRI表现

摘    要:目的:研究颞下颌关节的影像解剖并观察其正常MR影像的特点来评价其诊断价值。材料与方法:筛选15例正常颞下颌关节,对其双侧颞下颌关节(Temporomandibular Joint)分别进行张及闭口位MR扫描,扫描方位包括斜冠状位、斜矢状位及横断位,序列包括T1WI、TWI、PDWI。结果:MRI可清晰显示关节盘前、中、后带,关节结节,关节腔,关节窝,髁状突,双板区等解剖结构及其相互关系。结论:多种序列及方位联合应用可更为真实的反映颞下颌关节运动状况的影像学表现并为诊断提供更为可靠的依据。

Normal MRI Findings and Anatomy of Temporomandibular Joint

Abstract:Purpose:To study the characteristic of Temporomandibular Joint’s anatomy by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and to evaluate diagnostic value of MRI.Materials and Methods:Fifteen normal cases were chosed and bilateral Temporomandibular Joint were scaned by MRI with or without mouth closed.Serials of T1WI、TWI、PDWI were performed.The scanning direction include oblique coronal、oblique sagittal and trasverse.Results:Temporomandibular Joint disk、articular tubercle、joint cavity、acetabulum、condyle、double-plate area’s anatomy and their relationship were showed clearly on MRI.Conclusion:Combination of multiple sequence and scanning direction can illustrate more realistic the movement of Temporomandibular Joint and provide reliable basis for diagnosis.
