内镜下放置食管支架与气囊扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症的疗效观察

目的对内镜下放置食管支架与气囊扩张术治疗贲门失迟缓症的疗效进行观察与研究。方法选取24例贲门失驰缓症者给予内镜下食管支架植入术,于同期选取21例实施气囊扩张术的贲门失驰缓症者进行对比研究,且对两种手术方案、总体症状评分、钡餐检查和手术并发症及复发率等进行观察,然后将所得数据进行统计学处理分析。结果放置食管支架术者总体症状评分和钡餐检查结果均优于气囊扩张术(P<0.05),但食管支架术并发症发生率高于气囊扩张术(P<0.05),随访结果显示食管支架术手术方案复发率低于气囊扩张术手术(P<0.05)。结论内镜下放置食管支架术疗效优于气囊扩张术,进一步加强食管支架手术研究、不断提高操作技术、改进支架性能对提高手术疗效可起到事半功倍的效果。

Efficacy Observation on Placement of Esophageal Stent and Balloon Dilatation under Endoscopy on Achalasia of Cardia

Objective To observe and study the under endoscopy on achalasia of cardia. Method efficacy of placement of esoplageal stent and balloon dilation 24 cases of achalasia were given esophageal stent under en- doscopy,21 cases in the same period were given balloon dilatation. A comparative study on two surgical pro- grams was undergone, including the overall symptom score, barium meal examination, surgical complications and recurrence rate. Then the data was statistically analyzed. Results In esophageal stent implantation pa- tients, total symptom scores and barium meal examination results were better than those in balloon dilatation patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but surgical complication was higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The follow-up results showed that the relapse rate in esophageal stent patients was lower than that in balloon dilatation patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sions The effect of placement of esophageal stent under endoscopy is better than balloon dilatation. The fur- ther studies of esophageal stent, continuous improve ment of operating techniques and stent performance can play a multiplier role on the increase of efficacy
