系统性红斑狼疮偏头痛研究进展

系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是以多种自身抗体导致不同靶器官损害为临床表现特点的自身免疫性疾病。神经系统是较易受累的脏器,其临床表现多样,诊断具有一定的难度,是造成SLE死亡的主要原因之一,引起了众多研究者的高度关注。本文回顾文献对SLE偏头痛与雷诺现象、疾病活动度、脏器受累及自身抗体相关性等方面进行综合分析,并分析SLE偏头痛影像学改变,从而加强对SLE偏头痛全面认识、提高对其的重视及制定适宜的治疗方案。

Research Progress on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Migraine

Systemic lupus erythematosus（ Systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE） is an autoimmune disease resul- ting in extensive organ damage through producing multiple autoantibody. The nervous system is commonly at- tacked by these products. Usually, the diagnosis of nervous system damage is difficult due to its diverse mani- festation. However, it is one of main cause of death and has attracted many researthers＇ attention. The correla- tion between SLE migraine and other clinical data is intensively reviewed, including Raynaud＇ s phenomenon, disease activity, organ damage, auto antibody as well as radiological changes, in order to enhance the compre- hensive understanding about SLE migraine and make suitable treatment protocol.
