脑出血破入脑室患者并发症及临床表现对预后的影响

目的分析脑出血破入脑室后出现不同临床表现及多种并发症对患者预后的影响。方法对134例脑出血破入脑室患者的临床表现、多种并发症进行统计学分析,评价血糖升高、肺部感染、消化道出血及急性脑积水等对患者预后的影响。结果患者起病时的意识状态改变、瞳孔变化、脑膜刺激征(+)等临床表现及并发高血糖、肺部感染、消化道出血、急性脑积水等并发症提示预后不良。结论意识状态改变、瞳孔变化、脑膜刺激征(+)、血糖升高、肺部感染、消化道出血、急性脑积水是脑出血破入脑室预后不良的指征。

Influence of complication and clinical situation in cerebral hemorrhage broken to cerebral ventricle patients on prognosis

Objective It is to analyze the influence of different clinical situation and many kinds of complication in cerebral hemorrhage broken to cerebral ventricle patients on prognosis.Methods The different clinical situation and many kinds of complication in 134 cases of cerebral hemorrhage broken to cerebral ventricle patients were analyzed with statistics.The influences of risen blood sugar,pulmonary infection,alimentary tract hemorrhage and acute hydrocephalus on prognosis of patients were evaluated.Results The clinical situations onste such as conscious state change,pupil change and meningeal irritation sign(+) and the complications such as risen blood sugar,pulmonary infection,alimentary tract hemorrhage and acute hydrocephalus pointed out prognosis mala.Conclusion Conscious state change,pupil change,meningeal irritation sign(+),risen blood sugar,pulmonary infection,alimentary tract hemorrhage and acute hydrocephalus are the prognosis mala indications of cerebral hemorrhage broken to cerebral ventricle.
