摘    要:作者采用频率2450MHz、功率密度30mW/cm~2的微波,辐照大白兔头部,每天4小时共30天。在裂隙灯显微镜下检查大白兔晶状体,未发现有新的混浊产生,但光镜和电镜观察则已出现病理改变。

Abstract:Microwave radiation at the frequency2450 MHz and power density 30 mW/cm~2was used to irradiate the head of a whiterabbit four hours a day for thirty days. Itwas found that this irradiation did notproduce any new cloudy spots on the lensunder slitlamp microscope examination. Butthe optical and electron microscope exami-nation revealed that some early patholo-gical changes had already occurred. Theresults were discussed.
