| 摘 要： | 秃病蚤指名亚种(Nosopsyllus lacviceps lacviceps)是子午沙鼠的主要寄生蚤。在温度21±0.5℃,相对湿度80～90％条件下,用小白鼠饲养,整个生活周期最短21天,最长47天。产卵期长达70多天,第10～30天为产卵高峰,第20～30天所产的卵成活率最高,从卵到成虫的周期成活率为51％。在全日供血条件下♂最短寿命为19天,♀最长达90天以上。不供血时寿命最短为8天,最长为12天。雌雄性比为1.12∶1。

| Abstract: | Nosopsyllus laeviceps laeviceps is the main flea parasized on Meriones me-ridianus, rearing of the flea has been accomplished at the temperature of 21+0.5 and relative humidity of 80-90% with mice as the blood supplying hosts Growth cycle of the flea ranged from 21-47 days and the oviposit ion period could be as long as 70 days with a peak between day 10 and day 30 and, eggs of the 20-30th days showed the highest survival rate. The survival rate during the period from eggs to adults was 51%. The shortest life span for the male was 19 days and the longest being 90 days for the female. When blood was available the whole day and, when blood was deprived, life span ranged from 8 to 12 days. Sex ratio of female to male was 1.12 to 1. |
