毛细支气管炎患儿辅助性T淋巴细胞测定

目的测定毛细支气管炎患儿急性发作期和恢复期血，Th1细胞（T-helper-1）和Th2细胞（T-helper-2），研究Thl／Th2失衡和毛细支气管炎急性发作的关系，推断T淋巴细胞在毛细支气管炎发生发展过程中的作用。方法观察组35例毛细支气管炎患儿，分别于治疗前和治疗后应用流式细胞术测定血样本中Th1和Th2数量；对照组11例。结果观察组治疗前Th2明显升高，Th1／Th2比值明显降低，与对照组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01）；观察组治疗后Th2有所下降，Th1／Th2比值有所增加，与治疗前比较有统计学差异（P〈0．01），但与对照组比较差异仍有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论Th2优势应答可能在毛细支气管炎急性发作过程中起重要作用。

Clinical studies on disturbance of T helper cell in exacerbatin stage of bronchiolitis
