摘    要:全楷体目的:观察灵芝破壁孢子粉对LEWIS荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫的调节作用.方法:建立LEWIS荷瘤小鼠模型,并测定各组小鼠的皮下瘤重,计算抑瘤率;测定小鼠淋巴细胞转化率和吞噬细胞吞噬率,使用流式细胞仪检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞T细胞亚群功能.结果:中药加西药1组抑瘤率及吞噬细胞吞噬率明显高于其他各组,与模型组比较有显著差异;各用药组小鼠淋巴细胞转化率与模型组比较均有显著差异,其中中药组作用强于其他各组;中药组和中药加西药1组T细胞亚群功能优于其他各组,与模型组比较差异显著.结论:灵芝破壁孢子粉通过干预荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能,达到抗肿瘤的作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the regulating function of glossy ganoderma spores powder to the cellular immunity of the LEWIS mice.Method:Establishing the LEWIS mice model and detecting the tumor height to calculate the tumor-restrained rate.The lymphocyte transforming rate and phagocyte phagocytosis rate of the mice were examined.The T-cell subgroup function of the splenetic lymphocytes was detected by the method of flow cytometry.Result:The tumor-restrained rate and phagocyte phagocytosis rate of the glossy ganoderma combined with western medicine group 1 are higher than the other groups.It has significant difference comparing to the control group; The lymphocyte transforming rates of the experimental groups have significant difference to the control group and the function of the glossy ganoderma group is the best; The T-cell subgroup functions of the glossy ganoderma group and the glossy ganoderma combined with western medicine group 1 are better than the other groups with significant difference comparing to the control group.Conclusion:Glossy ganoderma spores powder can restrain the tumor growth by interfering the cellular immunity function of the LEWIS mice.
