绵枣儿核核糖体DNA ITS序列扩增的研究

摘    要:采用通用引物扩增绵枣儿核核糖体DNA ITS序列,未得到目的条带.根据引物设计原则自行设计12个引物,其中只有使用引物对PA3、D(ITS3),PA4、D(ITS3),PA4、DO2扩增得到绵枣儿核核糖体DNA ITS序列.

Abstract:Universal primers were used to amplify nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of Scilla scilloides(Lindl.)Druce,but they did not work.Then 12 primers were designed according to the principle of primer-design and were used .Nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of Scilla scilloides(Lindl.)Druce was obtained using primers PA3 and D(ITS3), PA4 and D(ITS3), PA4 and DO2.
