| 摘 要： | 目的制定盆炎净片的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别忍冬藤、蒲公英、赤芍、狗脊,高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰;含量测定平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.80%。结论所建方法准确、重复性好,可有效控制该制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control criteria for Penyanjing tablets.Methods Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae,Herba Taraxaci,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Rhizoma Cibotii,and the content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the average recovery of Paeoniflorin was 97.88% with RSD of 0.80%.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,and can effectively control Penyanjing tablets. |
