| 摘 要： | 对Ｉａ期卵巢癌的对侧卵巢进行病理学检查并与非卵巢癌病例作对照。患者卵巢内包涵囊肿数及其浆液性分化频度明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，后者ＯＲ＝１０．０，９５％可信区间＝１．２～７８．１）。研究组卵巢包涵囊肿随年龄而增多。认为卵巢内包涵囊肿可能在卵巢癌的发生中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Contralateral ovary in patients with stage Ia ovarian cancer was examined histologically and compared with ovaries of age-matched control patients who had their ovaries resected due to benign conditions. The number of inclusion cysts and frequency of metaplasia were all much greater in ovaries of patients with ovarian cancer as compared with those in controls (P<0. 01; OR=10.0; 95% CI=1. 2%-78.1%), An age-related increase in the mumber of inclusion cysts was noted in the cancer patients but not in patients of control group. These findings suppport the role of ovarian inclusion cysts in the genesis of ovarian cancer. |
