超声心动图诊断感染性心内膜炎的价值

目的：探讨超声心动图对感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析了１６例ＩＥ的超声心动图表现，并附一典型病例加以详述。在此基础上总结了ＩＥ的病因，分类，侵犯部位及易患对象，且重点描述了ＩＥ的超声心动图表现及鉴别诊断。结果：超超心动诊断ＩＥ的准确率约为８０％，具有重要的临床价值。结论：超超心动图是诊断ＩＥ的首选方法。

The Value of Echocardiography in Diagonosing In fective Endocarditis

OBJECTIVE To assess the diagnosis value of echocardiagraphy in patients with infective endocarditis (IE),METHODS 16 patients with IE were studied by echocardiography and a typical case was detailed. This article concluded the causes,the types,the invasive sites and the susceptible persons of IE,and especially described its characteristics of echocardiography and differential diagnosis. RESULT: The result showed that the diagnostic accurate rate was about 80%. CONCLUSION:So echocardiography for the diagnosis of iE has great clinical value and it is the optimum method.
