痔痛安熏洗剂的药效学研究

摘    要:目的研究痔痛安熏洗剂的抗炎、镇痛、止血作用。方法采用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性实验观察痔痛安对抗炎作用的影响;用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法评价痔痛安对镇痛作用的影响;并用小鼠毛细玻管法和小鼠断尾出血法评价痔痛安对止血作用的影响。结果痔痛安熏洗剂能明显抑制巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀,降低组胺引起的大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高;痔痛安熏洗剂能够明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,提高小鼠热板痛阈值;能明显的缩短小鼠断尾出血时间,对小鼠的凝血时间无影响。结论痔痛安熏洗剂具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、止血作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antiinflammatory,analgesic and hemostasic function of Zhitongan Xunxiji.MethodsAuricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice,skin capillary permeability induced by phosphoric acid histamine in rats were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory of Zhitongan Xunxiji;body twist induced by acetic acid in mice,and hot-plate model were used to examine its analgesic effects;glass capillary and bleed with cutting tail model in mice were used to observe its hemostasic effects.ResultsZhitongan Xunxiji significantly inhibited auricle swelling(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and evidently decreased skin capillary permeability induced by phosphoric acid histamine in rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Zhitongan Xunxiji markedly decreased times of body twist(P0.05), evidently increase hot-plate pain threshold in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and reduced bleeding time in mice.Zhitongan Xunxiji had no effect on the clotting time in mice.ConclusionZhitongan Xunxiji showed obvious anti-inflammatory,analgesic,hemostasic effects.
