| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了耻骨后前列腺联合部切开术治疗前例腺增生症。手术方法简单,易行,近期疗效满意.适用于各种类型不同年龄的前列腺增生症,术中不需输血,无并发症发生.特别对年龄较大伴心肺功能不全病人尤为适用.

| Abstract: | This paper reports seven cases of benign Prostatic hypertrophy to be treaed with retropubical Pro- static Commissurotomy.the met- hod is not only simple and easily to practice but it has remarkably curative effect.Besides it is s- uitable for different age Patients With benign prostatic hypertro- phy.It does not require to transf- use blood to tne patient during or after operation and no complica- tion takes Place,ahd especially appropriate to the aged Patient, With dysfunctions of heart and lungs. |
