上海市大学生伤害相关行为状况

目的 了解上海大学生伤害相关行为的现状，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法 采取分层整群调查方法，选取7所大学的大一-大四学生共1756名学生，进行青少年健康相关行为问卷调查。结果 各项危险行为的发生率在性别、不同家庭情况之间存在不同程度的差异。同时，12．9％学生在过去1年中曾想过自杀。Logistic 多因素回归分析显示。经常孤独、抑郁倾向情绪、离家意愿都是自杀意愿产生的危险因素，而男性相对于女性是自杀意念的保护因素。结论上海市大学生骑车违规现象高于本地中学生，而打架、离家和自杀等相关行为发生率低于中学生，大学时期是各种危害健康行为习惯养成的重要时期，开展以心理和环境等方面健康教育活动，提高学生健康知识的知晓率是纠正其不良生活方式和伤害行为的先决条件。

Prevalence of behaviors that contribute to unintentional and intentional injuries among college students in Shanghai

Objective To study the prevalence of behaviors that contribute to unintentional and intentional injuries among college students in Shanghai. Methods A stratified random cluster sample of 1 765 students in 7 colleges were investigated with the YRBS (college student) scale, which was drawn up China National Center for Disease Control & Prevention. Results There were significant differences among different families and genders in injury-related behaviors. Meanwhile, 12.9% of college students had a seriously considering for attempting to commit suicide. The result of multivariate logistic analysis showed that lone feeling frequently, sad feeling and hopeless, and running away considering from home were risk factors for attempting to commit suicide while male student was a protecting factor. Conclusions The rate of disobeying the traffic rules when riding on a bicycle or motorcycle is higher in Shanghai college students than that in the local high school students, while the rates of fighting, leaving home and considering committing suicide are lower. The main preventing measures should be taken in school education.
