| 摘 要： | 当前,国内外常见的第三方付费的费用偿付模式大体上分为＂预付＂和＂后付＂两类,主要包括按服务项目偿付、按人头预付、总额预算、按病种偿付等几种模式。通过以上几种付费方式的利弊分析,提出了军队医疗消耗第三方付费模式的选择性思考,并就实施当中应注意的问题提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the third-side billing mode is divided into two kinds,one is prepay mode,and the other is after-pay mode.In this paper the author analyzed the advantages and weaknesses of these main pay modes,and proposed the choice of military pay mode.At last,the key in the implementing the pay mode were discussed. |
