护理知识门户构建研究

摘    要:目的 为了实现护理领域知识管理,促进护理管理信息化,提高护理工作的效率.方法 利用现代化信息技术及网络知识服务方法,设计和实现护理知识门户的系统架构.结果 整合护理信息门户、护理信息系统,同时构建个性化知识推荐和护理知识网络服务技术模块,从而构建了护理知识门户.结论 护理知识门户能够有效提高护理人员信息获取能力和知识学习能力,并促进护理隐性知识向护理显性知识的转变.

Abstract:Objective To achieve knowledge management of nursing domain,promote the nursing management informationaliztion,and improve the nursing efficiency.Methods Modern information tech and network knowledge service were used to design and constructed the system framework of nursing knowledge portal.Results Building nursing knowledge portal by integrated nursing information portal and nursing information system.Building a technical module of personalized knowledge recommendation and nursing knowledge network services at the same time.Conclusions Nursing knowledge portal can effectively improve the ability of information obtain and learning,and promote the change between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge of nursing.
