| Abstract: | The management of foreign affairs in an internationalization development promoted the levels in cooperation and communication with top-level universities,science and research institutions and famous researchers in foreign countries.Meanwhile,it enhances the hospitals＇ capacity in cultivating talents,discipline construction and international cooperation platform establishment.Consequently,the hospitals＇ core competency can be soundly improved. |
