军队医院反恐维稳卫勤保障分析

本文通过对反恐维稳重点地区卫勤保障的分析,总结驻地军队医院威胁意识弱、保障背景杂、保障任务急、保障工作难、保障责任重等特点,发现防卫能力差、面临问题多、准备时间短、处置难度高、承受压力大等难点,提出促防卫、有准备、强训练、重协作、抓建设等对策。

Analysis on Medical Support of Military Hospitals in Key Areas of Maintenance Stability against Terrorism

In this paper the author analyzed medical support in key areas of maintenance stability against terrorism,and summarized five resident features of medical support that were weak sense of threat,complex backgrounds,urgent tasks,hard work,and heavy responsibility.Five important and difficult points were also found,as poor defense capabilities,numerous faced problems,short preparation time,high disposal difficulty,and huge pressure.So the countermeasures were proposed at last,such as to promote defenses,make preparations,strengthen trainings,emphasize on collaborations and focus on constructions.
