电子对抗部队官兵心理应对方式影响因素

目的探讨电子对抗部队官兵心理健康状况及心理应对方式影响因素,为改善官兵应对方式和心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用应对方式问卷对海、陆、空电子对抗部队的637名官兵进行心理评估。结果电子对抗部队官兵求助因子分（0.54±0.20）高于军人常模（P〈0.01）,退避因子分（0.50±0.20）低于军人常模（P〈0.01）;海军电子对抗部队官兵解决问题因子分（0.54±0.22）低于陆军和空军（均为0.60±0.18,P〈0.01）;1年军龄官兵幻想（0.34±0.25）和退避（0.44±0.18）因子分低于其他各军龄组（P〈0.05）;初中文化官兵退避因子分（0.47±0.17）低于大学（0.50±0.20）和高中文化官兵（0.52±0.20,P〈0.05）;城镇入伍官兵退避因子分（0.55±0.20）高于农村入伍官兵（0.48±0.19,P〈0.01）。结论电子对抗部队官兵在遇到应激事件时总体的应对方式是积极的、成熟的。军种、军龄、文化程度、城乡差别等因素对军人的心理应对方式有较明显影响,应加强电子对抗部队官兵心理卫生保健工作。

INFLUENTIAL FACTORS IN COPING STYLE OF ELECTRONIC COUNTER FORCE PERSONNEL

Objective To study the mental health status of electronic counter force personnel and their coping style influential factors in order to provide the basis for improving the level of coping style and mental health.Methods The questionnaire of coping style was adopted to investigate 637 officers and soldiers from the army,navy,and air force electronic counter force.Results The factor score of seeking for help in electronic counter force personnel was significantly higher,and of avoidance lower than in military norm（P0.01）.The factor score to solve problem in navy electronic counter force personnel（0.54±0.22） was lower than in the army,and air force electronic counter ones（0.60±0.18,0.60±0.18 respectively, P0.01）.The factor scores of fantasy and avoidance in personnel of one-year military service time（（0.34±0.25）,（0.44±0.18）respectively） were lower than those of other service time（P0.05）.The factor score of avoidance in junior high school educated personnel（0.47±0.17） was lower than in senior and college educated ones（P0.05）.Moreover,those from urban had higher score of avoidance（0.55±0.20）than from rural（P0.01）.Conclusion In general,the coping style to stress events in electronic counter force personnel is positive and mature.Branch of military forces,time of military service,education,unban and rural difference are the influential factors in coping style.The mental health care of electronic counter force personnel should be strengthened.
