解脲支原体生殖道感染的3种治疗方法比较

目的:探讨解脲支原体生殖道感染的有效治疗方法。方法:将89例解脲支原体生殖道感染患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,A组给予阿奇霉素口服,每日1次,每次250m g,连服10d;B组给予多西环素治疗,一日2次,每次100m g,共10d;C组用阿奇霉素加多西环素联合治疗,各药用法不变,共7d。结果:A组有效率为75%,B组有效率为72.5%,C组有效率为96.8%,C组有效率显著高于A、B组(P<0.05)。各组不良反应发生率均低,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素配伍多西环素治疗解脲支原体生殖道感染优于各药单独治疗。

Comparison of three different treatments for genital mycoplasma infection

Objective: To explore effective treatment for genital mycoplasma infection.Methods: A total of 89 women troubled by mycoplasma infection in genital tract were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups as group A,group B and group C.Patients in group A received azithromycin 250mg each day(250 mg,qd,po) lasting for ten days,patients in group B received doxycycline 200mg each day(100mg,bid,po)for ten days,while patients in group C received both azithro-mycin(250mg,qd,po)and doxycycline(100mg,bid,po) for a week.Results: There was 75% overall effective rate in group A,72.5% in group B,96.8% in group C.The difference between group C and group A or between group C and group B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with single drug usage,treatment with azithromycin plus doxycycline is much more effective for mycoplasma genitalium infection.
