| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预与外用药物联合减少奥沙利铂引起的神经毒性反应的作用。方法：用药前后加强常规护理及心理护理，化疗后给予外用药物干预，减轻患者化疗时引起的神经毒性反应。结果：奥沙利铂的神经毒性反应存在累计作用。但护理干预与外用药物联合处理后，对症处理时间越长，外周神经毒性反应的发生率越低。结论：护理干预与外用药物联合可以明显减少奥沙利铂的神经毒性反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate a combined intervention of nursing and d ru gs on neurotoxicity in oxaliplatin chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients.Meth od:A combined intervention of nursing and exteral drugs was used.The former was given to patients before and after the chemotherapy,and the latter after chemoth erapy.Results:Using a combined intervention of nursing and drugs,the prevalence of acute peripheral neurotoxicity was significantly decreased from day to day,al though neurotoxicity of oxaliaplatin was related to the agent dose.Conclusion:Ne urotoxicity in oxaliplatin chemotherapy was markly decreased by a combined inter vention of nursing and drugs. |
