艾迪注射液配合放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌疗效观察

目的观察艾迪注射液配合放、化疗能否提高治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效,降低毒副反应。方法将106例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为两组,每组53例。A组为对照组(单纯放、化疗);B组为治疗组(艾迪注射液加放、化疗)。放疗均采用西门子MEVATION型直线加速器高能X线常规照射,每周5次,每次2GY放疗总量达60～70GY。化疗采用PF方案,放疗前先行一周期化疗,放疗结束一周后开始按计划每21天给予一周期化疗,共3周期。治疗组于放、化疗同步加用艾迪注射液50ml溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中,静脉滴入,1次/d,连续20天为1疗程,共2个疗程。结果近期有效率治疗组为54.7%(29/53),对照组为50.9%(27/53),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。毒副反应治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初步研究结果提示,艾迪注射液与放化疗联合治疗中晚期食管癌,可降低放化疗对患者毒副反应,改善患者的生活质量。

Observation on efficacy of aidi injection combined with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy in advanced esophageal cancer

Objective To observe the therapeutic of AiDi injection combined with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy in advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 106 patients esophageal carcinoma were randomized into 2 groups.In group A(control group),the patients treated by radiotherapy of total dose 60~70GY with 10Gy/per week and chemotherapy with PF regimen,chemotherapy was given 1 cycle before radiotherapy and every twenty-one days for 3 cycles after radiotherapy;In group B,the patients treated by AiDi injection combined with methods given above,50 ml of AiDi was given intravenously by dissolving in 250 ml of normal saline per day for consecutive twenty days for two courses along with the total treatment.Results The results showed that the response rate was 50.9%(27/53) in group A and 54.7%(29/53) in group B ;without significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.But the toxic reaction in group B was lower than that in group A with a significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusions AiDi injection combined with radiotherapy plus chemotherapy shows apparent effect in treating esophageal carcinoma,it could lower the toxic reaction of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,so it can improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
