| 摘 要： | 目的：观察手法复位塑性弹力夹板固定治疗老年Colles骨折的疗效。方法：治疗组40例采用手法复位塑性弹力夹板固定方法治疗;对照组42例采用手法复位小夹板固定方法治疗,随访6个月～2年。结果：治疗组优良率92.5%,对照组优良率83.3%,两组比较较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：手法复位塑性弹力夹板固定治疗老年Colles骨折的疗效可靠

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effects of manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint in treating elderly Colles fracture.Methods:40 cases in the treated group were given manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint;42 cases in the control group were given manipulative reduction and splinting treatment,follow-up 6 months to 2 years.Results:Excellent rate of 92.5% in the treated group;excellent rate of 83.3% in the control group;the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative reduction plastic stretch splint was effective in treating elderly colles fracture. |
