| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着远程缺血预处理(remote ischemic preconditioning，RIPC)的心肌保护作用及机制研究的不断深入，RIPC对心肌保护作用的临床意义也逐渐受到重视。为此，作者就RIPC对心肌保护作用及其可能的机制研究进展作一综述。
