| 摘 要： | 目的本研究着重介绍后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术的手术方法及探讨其优越性。方法回顾性分析后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术68例的临床资料。结果68例手术均获成功,未输血,手术时间140 min～220 min,平均150 min,术后随访10个月,疗效良好。结论后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术具有安全、有效、创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,Him-o-lock钛夹钳处理肾蒂,安全可靠,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the method of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy （LRN） and explore its superiority. Methods The clinical data 68 cases by LRN were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were performed aperation perfecty without blood transfusion. Operative time ranged from 140 min to 220 min （mean 150 min）. No recurrence occurred during the follow-up 10 months. ConcLusion LRN has a lot of advantages such as safe, effective, rapid recovery and etc. Dealing with renal pedicle through Him-lock is safe and efficient. |
