正念与情绪化进食:自我情绪评估的中介作用

摘    要:目的:考察自我情绪评估在大学生的正念水平与情绪化进食之间的中介作用。方法:采用五因素正念评估量表(FFMQ)、情绪化进食量表中文版(EES-R)和情绪智力量表(WLEIS-C)对668名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)皮尔逊积差相关分析显示,正念水平与情绪化进食呈显著负相关(r=-0.079,P0.05)、与自我情绪评估呈显著正相关(r=0.315,P0.05),自我情绪评估与情绪化进食呈显著负相关(r=-0.124,P0.05);(2)多元线性回归分析对中介作用的检验表明,自我情绪评估在正念与情绪化进食之间起完全中介作用。结论:大学生正念与情绪化进食之间的相关关系可以通过自我情绪评估来中介。

Abstract:Objective:To examine whether self-emotional appraisal mediate the relation between mindfulness and emotional eating among college students.Methods:The Five Faced Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ),Emotional Eating Scale - Revision (EES - R),Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS - C)were administered to 668 college students in Shandong and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Results:① Pearson correlation analysis showed that mindfulness level was negatively correlated to emotional eating(r =-0.079 )but positively correlated to self- emo-tional appraisal(r =0.315)and that there was significant negatively correlation between self-emotional appraisal and emotional eating(r =-0.124).②Hierarchical linear modeling showed significant full mediation of self-emotional ap-praisal in the association between mindfulness and emotional eating.Conclusion:Self-emotional appraisal fully medi-ates the negative link between mindfulness and emotional eating.
