某医学院校研究生新生心理健康状况调查

目的:了解医学院校研究生新生心理健康总体状况,为研究生新生的心理健康工作提供依据。方法:对某医科院校2016级研究生新生进行大学生人格问卷(UPI)集体施测并进行统计分析。结果:一类学生194人(20.3%);二类学生263人(27.4%);三类学生501人(52.3%);女生UPI总分显著高于男生(t=3.672,P0.001);贫困生UPI总分显著高于非贫困生(t=3.301,P0.01)。新生在UPI量表的4个指标上的选择率排名从高到底依次为:神经症、抑郁症、精神分裂症、躯体症状。结论:医科院校研究生新生有近一半的人存在不同程度的心理健康问题,且与男生相比,女研究生心理健康水平更低。

Mental Health Status of the Postgraduate Freshmen in Medical Colleges

Objective :To understand the overall mental health status of the postgraduate freshmen in medical colle -ges ,and provide the basis for the mental health work about new graduate students work .Methods :Postgraduate freshmen starting from 2016 in a medical college class completed college students'personality questionnaire (UPI) together ,and the data was analyzed .Results :The number of UPI I was 194 ,accounting for 20 .3% ;the number of UPI II was 263 ,accounting for 27 .4% ;The number of UPI III was 501 ,accounting for 52 .3% ;the UPI score of girls was significantly higher than that of boys (P < 0 .001) ;Poor students'UPI score was significantly higher than the non -poor students (P < 0 .01) .The order of four index of UPI scale from high to low were :Neurosis ,depression ,schizo-phrenia ,somatic symptoms .Conclusion :Nearly half of the medical college graduate freshmen have different levels of mental health problems ,and compared with the boys ,girl graduate students psychological health level is poorer .
