心理护理干预在维持性血液透析患者护理中的应用

目的:探讨心理护理干预在维持性血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将173例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组,其中干预组87例,对照组86例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上接受心理护理干预。干预前和干预3个月后,分别采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和SF-36生活质量量表评估两组患者心理状态和生活质量并比较。结果:心理护理干预后,干预组SCL-90各项因子得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.603,12.382,9.415,10.363,10.119,8.906,8.804,9.388,5.746;P0.05);干预组SF-36各个角度得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.861,9.453,13.329,10.721,11.190,14.020,9.585,14.071;P0.05)。结论:心理护理干预可以有效改善维持性血液透析患者心理状况,提高患者生活质量。

Application of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To explore the application of psychological nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 173 maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,86 patients as control group were given conventional care,and 87 patients as intervention group were given the psychological nursing intervention based on the conventional care.The psychological state of the patients in two groups were scored and compared by using SCL-90 before and after nursing intervention,and SF 36 was used to evaluate the patients' quality of life.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of SCL-90 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=8.603,12.382,9.415,10.363,10.119,8.906,8.804,9.388,5.746;P＜0.05),and the scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those in control group (t =5.900,14.188,15.260,6.166,9.102,13.943,7.681,13.420;P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improvethe psvchological state and life quality of hemodialysis patients.
