消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠与心理资本的相关性

目的:调查了解消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠与心理资本的相关性。方法:采用随机方便抽样方法,抽取新疆军区总医院消化门诊消化性溃疡患者372例作为研究组,同时抽取376例健康人群作为对照组,运用工作倦怠量表和心理资本量表进行测评研究。结果:372例消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠总检出率为90.32%,不同因子检出率为情感衰竭95.24%、人格解体78.87%、个人成就感检出率81.25%。研究组情感衰竭、人格解体得分显著高于对照组(t=4.805,2.303;P0.05),个人成就感得分显著低于对照组(t=-2.407,P0.05)。消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠与心理资本呈显著负相关(r=-0.213~-0.508,P0.05)。心理资本对消化性溃疡患者工作倦怠具有负性预测作用(P0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡患者为工作倦怠的高发群体,提高患者心理资本水平,对缓解或减轻患者工作倦怠程度具有积极意义。

The Correlation Between Job Burnout and Psychological Capital of Peptic Ulcer Patients

Objective:To investigate the correlation between job burnout and psychological capital of peptic ulcer patients.Methods:Using random convenient sampling method,372 patients with peptic ulcer from Xinjiang military region general hospital outpatient were selected as a team,and 376 cases of healthy people were selected at the same time as control group,all of them completed job burnout scale and psychological capital scale.Results:The detection rate of job burnout in the 372 cases of peptic ulcer patients was 90.32％,the different factor detection rate was 95.24％ for emotional exhaustion,78.87％ to 81.25 ％ for depersonalization,personal fulfillment.Team emotional exhaustion,depersonalization scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(t =4.805,2.303;P ＜ 0.05);The team of personal accomplishment score was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-2.407,P ＜0.05).Job burnout and peptic ulcer patients psychological capital had significantly negative correlation(r =-0.213 ～-0.508,P ＜0.05).Psychological capital on job burnout of peptic ulcer patients had negative prediction effect(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Peptic ulcer patients have higher risk of job burnout;Improving the level of patients' psychological capital can help alleviate or reduce job burnout degree.
