男性服刑人员的个性特征和心理健康状况调查

目的:了解服刑人员的心理健康状况和人格特征。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对127名男性服刑人员进行问卷调查。结果:1男性服刑人员在精神质(t=4.310,P0.01)、内外向(t=4.494,P0.01)和神经质因子(t=19.190,P0.01)分布上显著高于常模,掩饰因子分低于常模,但与常模无显著差异(P0.05);2男性服刑人员在躯体化(t=5.563,P0.01)、强迫状态(t=3.506,P0.01)、人际关系(t=2.604,P0.05)、抑郁(t=5.601,P0.01)、焦虑(t=7.777,P0.01)、敌对(t=4.846,P0.01)、恐怖(t=7.834,P0.01)、偏执(t=3.304,P0.01)和精神病性(t=7.475,P0.01)各因子分布上均显著高于全国常模。结论:男性服刑人员的人格特征偏离正常,心理健康状况较差。

Male Inmates Personality Characteristics and Mental Health

Objective:To understand the mental health status and personality characteristics of inmates.Methods:By the self-assessment lists of symptom (SCL-90) and eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ),the questionnaire survey was conducted among 151 male prisoners,127 questionnaires were effective.Results:① The male inmates' psychoticism,introversion,and neuroticism was significantly higher than the norm(t =4.310,4.494,19.190;P ＜0.01),cover factor points was lower than the norm,but there was no significant difference with the norm(P＞0.05).Male inmates' somatization,obsessive compulsive symptoms,relationship or less,depression,anxiety,hostility,horror,paranoid and psychotic on each factor distribution were significantly higher than the national norm (t =5.563,3.506,2.604,5.601,7.777,4.846,7.834,3.304,7.475;P＜0.01).Conclusion:Male inmates' personality deviates from normal,and they have poor mental health.
