| 摘 要： | 目的:采用多元线性回归的方法对糖尿病患者焦虑的影响因素进行分析。方法:采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中文版、家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版(FACES II-CV)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对哈尔滨某三甲医院的498名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果:糖尿病患者轻度以上焦虑发生率为38.9%,患者焦虑与收入水平(t=-2.102,P0.05)、心理弹性坚韧(t=3.627,P0.01)与自强(t=-5.139,P0.01)维度、家庭亲密度(t=-3.742,P0.01)的影响显著。结论:糖尿病患者焦虑发生率普遍偏高,高收入的患者不容易焦虑,提高心理弹性、家庭亲密度可减轻焦虑情绪。

Multiple Linear Regression Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Anxiety in Patients with Diabetes |

| Abstract: | Objective:Using multiple linear regression to analyze the factors that affect the diabetes.Methods:A total of 498 diabetic patients were tested with the Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),FACES Ⅱ-CV and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results:The incidence rate of anxiety was 38.9 ％;Patients' income level(t=-2.102,P＜0.05),the dimensions of resilience like toughness(t=3.627,P＜0.01),self-improvement (t=5.139,P＜0.01)and family cohesion (t=3.742,P＜0.01)had a significant impact on anxiety.Conclusion:The incidence rate of anxiety in patients with diabetes is generally high,and the higher the income,the lower the anxiety.To improve resilience,family cohesion can reduce anxiety. |
