重复经颅磁刺激配合个性化护理对抑郁症患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)配合个性化护理对抑郁症患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将83例抑郁症患者按照家庭分型标准分为:极端型、中间型以及平衡型3组,探讨3组患者的临床疗效、负性情绪以及生活质量。结果:平衡型、中间型总有效率显著高于极端型(χ~2=8.34,7.64;P0.05)。治疗后各分型组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易应付方式问卷(SCSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.89~9.23,P0.05),而世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中生理领域、心理领域及社会关系领域方面评分均显著高于治疗前(t=6.22~8.17,P0.05)。治疗后,中间型、平衡型组HAMA、HAMD、SCSQ评分均显著低于极端型组(t=4.36~6.48,P0.05)。治疗6周后,中间型组SAS、SDS评分显著低于极端型(t=6.87,7.99;P0.05),WHOQOL-BREF量表中生理领域、心理领域及社会关系领域评分均显著高于平衡型、极端型组(t=4.39~7.44,P0.05)。结论:rTMS联合个性化护理对中间型、平衡型抑郁症患者的治疗效果及负性情绪、生活质量评分显著优于极端型。

Effects of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Individualized Nursing Care on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Different Families

Objective:To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with individual-ized nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with depression.Methods:A total of 83 patients with depression were divided into two groups according to the classification criteria:Extreme type,middle type and bal-ance type of the three groups.The clinical efficacy,negative emotion and quality of life score of the patients in the three groups were investigated.Results:The balance type,middle type total efficiency was significantly higher than the extreme type(χ2 =8.34,7.64;P <0.05).After treatment,theHAMA,HAMD,SCSQ,SAS,SDS score decreased, there were significant differences compared with those before treatment(t =5.89~9.23,P <0.05).The physiological scale field,psychological field and social relationship domain scores were significantly higher than those before treat-ment(t =6.22~8.17,P <0.05).After the treatment,intermediate type,balance type group's HAMA score,HAMD score,SCSQ score were significantly lower than the extreme type group(t =4.36~6.48,P <0.05).After a week,the middle group SAS score,SDS score were significantly lower than the extreme type(t =6.87,7.99;P <0.05),WHO-QOL-BREF scale score in physiological field,psychological field and social relations were significantly higher than those of balance type,extreme type group(t = 4.39 ~ 7.44,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of rTMS combined with individualized nursing on the patients with intermediate type and balanced depression,the negative e-motion and the quality of life score are better than those of extreme type.
