西酞普兰对老年良性前列腺增生伴抑郁患者的疗效

目的:探讨西酞普兰结合常规药物治疗老年前列腺增生伴抑郁患者的临床效果。方法:选取94例老年前列腺良性增生伴抑郁患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各47例,两组均采取常规药物治疗前列腺增生,研究组加用西酞普兰治疗,对照组加用阿米替林治疗,两组疗程均为12周。结果:治疗前,研究组和对照组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的HAMD、IPSS评分较治疗前均显著的降低(t=18.712,13.780,24.085,19.818;P0.05);研究组患者的HAMD、IPSS评分均显著的低于对照组患者(t=2.833,-4.114;P0.05);研究组患者的Qmax、RUV、前列腺体积组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗过程中,研究组有13例患者发生不良反应、对照组有8例患者发生不良反应,研究组的不良反应发生率28.89%高于对照组的17.39%差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:西酞普兰结合治疗前列腺药物治疗老年前列腺增生伴抑郁患者在保证前列腺增生治疗效果的同时,具有更好的抗抑郁效果。

The Effect of Citalopram on Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patients with Depression

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of citalopram in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia patients with depression combined with routine medication.Methods:A total of 94 cases of elderly patients with be-nign prostate hyperplasia with depression was divided into research group and the control group by random number table method with 48 casesin each group;Two groups were taking conventional drug treatment of hyperplasia of prostate,research group was treated with citalopram,the control group with amitriptyline treatment;Both the two groups had a course of 12 weeks.Results:Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference HAMD and IPSS scorebetween the research group and the control group;After treatment,HAMD and IPSS scores were significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups (t =18.712,13.780,24.085,19.818;P <0.05);HAMD,IPSS scores in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 2.833,-4.114;P <0.05);Team Qmax,RUV and prostate volume had no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05);In treatment process,there were 13 cases of adverse reactions in the research group,while there were 8 cases in control group;The incidence of adverse reactions in research was 28.89%,had no significant differ-ences with that of the control group in which the rate was 17.39% (P >0.05).Conclusion:Citalopram combined with conventional medicine in the elderly depressed patients with benign prostate hyperplasia has effect,but does not sig-nificantly increase the adverse reactions in patients.
