脑卒中患者自我感受负担和主观幸福感的关系

目的:探讨脑卒中患者自我感受负担和主观幸福感的水平及其相关性。方法:选取2016年1-9月在承德市某医院康复科住院治疗的90例脑卒中患者,采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)进行调查。结果:(1)脑卒中患者的SPBS和MUNSH评分分别为(33.56±9.24)分、(12.82±13.28)分;(2)SPBS与MUNSH的正性因子及总分间呈负相关(r=-0.606~-0.873,P0.01),与负性因子呈正相关(r=0.672~0.880,P0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论:脑卒中患者普遍存在中度的自我感受负担,其主观幸福感处于低水平,且二者存在显著的相关性。护理人员应采取及时、有效的干预措施,降低患者自我感受负担,提高其主观幸福感,进而改善生存质量。

Relationship between Self-perceived Burden and Subjective Well-being of Patients with Stroke

Objective:To investigate the level of self-perceived burden and subjective well-being and analyze the correlation between them of patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 90 cases of stroke patients,who were treated in rehabilitation department of a hospital in Chengde city from January to September 2016,were investigated by Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)and Memorial University of Newfoudland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH).Results:①The scores of SPBS and MUNSH were(33.56±9.24)and(12.82±13.28).②The scores of SPBS were negatively sig-nificantly correlated with the positive factors and total scores of MUNSH(r =-0.606~-0.873,P <0.01)and positive-ly correlated with the negative factors of MUNSH(r =0.672~0.880,P <0.01).Conclusion:The stroke patients have moderate self-perceived burden generally and a low level of subjective well-being.There is a significant correlation between them.The nurses should take interventions timely and effectively to reduce the self-perceived burden of pa-tients,and improve their subjective well-being and quality of life.
