河南省医学院校大学生生活意义感的现状

目的:调查医学院校大学生生活意义感的现状及其在性别、年级、专业方面的差异。方法:采用生活意义感量表(PIL),分层随机抽取新乡医学院361名大学生进行测试。结果:(1)河南医学院校大学生生活意义感总体处于中等偏低水平;(2)女生生活意义感显著高于男生(t=-4.56,P0.001);(3)高年级学生的生活意义感明显低于低年级学生(F=17.55,P0.001);(4)非医学专业的学生生活意义感低于医学专业学生(t=-7.28,P0.001)。结论:河南医学院校大学生生活意义感整体处于中等偏低水平,应注重在大学教育中积极引导、干预,提升医学生生活意义感。

Status of Medical College Students' Sense of Life Meaning in Henan Province

Objective:To study the condition of medical college students' sense of life meaning and its differences in students' genders,grades and major.Methods:A total of 361 university students were selected randomly from Xinxiang medical college to complete the research topic of "The meaning of Life Scale(PIL)".Results:1 The medical students' sense of life meaning was at a moderate level;2The average score of sense of life meaning in female was higher than male(t =-4.56,P＜0.001);3Senior students' sense of life meaning was lower than junior students significantly(F =17.55,P ＜ 0.001);④ The medical students had stronger sense of life meaning compared with nonmedical students.(t =-7.28,P ＜0.001).Conclusion:The medical college students' sense of life meaning in Henan is at a moderate level.We should focus on positive guidance in medical college education,to improve the sense of life meaning in medical college students.
