绘画艺术训练联合药物治疗对社区精神分裂症的作用

目的:探讨绘画艺术训练联合药物对社区精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法:78例康复期社区精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组38例、对照组40例,在抗精神病药物基础上,干预组实施绘画艺术训练,对照组提供常规社区随访服务,干预持续半年。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、一般效能感量表(GSES)、生活满意度量表(LSIA)进行效果评估。结果:干预后,干预组PANSS量表总分、阴性症状分量表和一般精神病理分量表评分,明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(t=-3.81,-4.07,-3.12;P0.01),两组阳性症状分量表差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预组的GSES、LSIA评分优于对照组,差异具有显著性(t=2.63,3.17;P0.05)。结论:绘画艺术训练联合药物治疗有利于社区精神分裂症患者康复。

Effect of Art Therapy Combined with Drug on Patients with Schizophrenia in the Community

Objective:To study the effect of art therapy combined with drug on schizophrenic patients in the com-munity.Methods:A total of 78 schizophrenia patients were involved;Patients were randomly divided into two groups, training group with 38 cases and control group with 40 cases.Art therapies were given to training group for 6 months.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Life Satisfaction Index A(LSIA)were used in both group patients.Results:The total scores of PANSS,SANS and GPS in the training group were significantly superior to those in the control group(t =-3.81,4.07,-3.12;P <0.01 ).The score of SAPS in the two groups had no statistically significant difference.The total scores of GSES and LSIA in the training group were significantly superior to those in the control group(t =2.63,3.17;P <0.05).Conclusion:Art therapies combined with drugs are beneficial in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in community.
