低频经颅磁治疗抑郁症的Meta分析

目的:系统评价低频经颅磁治疗抑郁症的有效性。方法:计算机检索Google Scholar,Pubmed,The Cochrane Library,CBM,EBSCO,SinoMed,CNKI,VIP和WanFang Data数据库,查找有关经颅磁治疗抑郁症的临床对照实验,检索时限为建库到2017年1月。由两名研究者按照纳入标准与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入22项研究,包括1418例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,在治疗1周OR=4.36,95%CI(6.31,2.41),P0.0001],2周OR=4.36,95%CI(6.31,2.41),P0.0001],4周OR=0.64,95%CI(0.77,0.51),P0.00001]后,低频经颅磁治疗对抑郁症患者的HAMD评分都能显著改善,差异有统计学意义。结论:当前证据显示,低频经颅磁治疗抑郁症有一定的优势。受纳入研究的质量限制,上述结论仍需大样本和更高质量的研究进一步验证。

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Depression ： A Meta-analysis

Objective:To systematically review the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression.Methods:Databases such as Google Scholar,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CBM,EBSCO,SinoMed,CNKI,VIP and WanF.ang Data were searched for clinical controlled trials concerning the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression up to January 2017.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers screened literature,extracted data,and assessed methodological quality of included studies.Then meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 22 studies involving 1418 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group was superior to control group in effectiveness.Conclusion:Current evidence indicates that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression is beneficial.Due to the quality of the included studies,the above conclusion is further needed to verify the efficacy.
