循证护理在老年白内障患者围术期的应用研究

目的 探讨在老年白内障患者围术期实施循证护理的临床效果.方法 180例老年白内障手术患者分别接受常规护理(对照组)和循证护理(观察组)各90例,统计患者术后SAS评分、生活质量评分、住院天数.结果 观察组术后SAS评分与住院天数均少于对照组,生活质量各项指标得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在老年白内障患者围术期实施循证护理效果显著,可有效促进患者的术后恢复,改善其生活质量.

Effects of evidence-based nursing on perioperative nursingcare for senile cataract patients

Objective To understand the clinical effects of evidence-based nursing on perioperative nursing care for senile cataract patients.Method Firstly, 180 senile patients to undergo cataract surgery were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=90) and a control group (n=90).The control group were administered with conventional nursing with the experimental group were administered with evidence-based nursing.After the operation, the SAS score, quality of life score of the two groups and the number of hospitalization days were documented.Findings The SAS score and hospital stay in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.The scores of quality of life indicators were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of senile cataract patients are significant, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, promote the postoperative recovery of patients, improve the quality of life, and promote clinical nursing quality.
