心理护理在异位妊娠中的应用价值

目的:探讨心理护理在异位妊娠中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的90例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。入院后所有患者均行腹腔镜手术,予以对照组常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上进行术前、术中及术后心理护理。比较两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率及护理前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.780,9.077;P0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为15.56%,显著低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.702,P0.05);护理后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.240,P0.05)。结论:心理护理可有效改善异位妊娠患者焦虑、抑郁症状,降低术后并发症发生风险,显著改善患者生活质量,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the Application Value of Psychological Nursing in the Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To analyze the application value of psychological nursing in the ectopic pregnancy.Methods:In our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016,90 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were selected as the research object,using a random number table method were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.After admission,all patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,the control group received routine care,patients in the observation group added intraoperative and postoperative psychological care.Two groups of patients were compared SDS,SAS score,postoperative complication rate and quality of life after nursing.Results:After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t =4.780,9.077;P＜0.05);The complication rate was 15.56％ in the observation group after surgery,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(x2 =6.702,P＜0.05);Quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(t =8.240,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with ectopic pregnancy,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,Psychological nursing has good clinical application value.
