基于微信平台的心理护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者焦虑的影响

目的:评价基于微信平台的心理护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者焦虑水平的干预效果。方法:将86例妊娠期糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为实验组(n=43例)和对照组(n=43例),对照组实施常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上施以基于微信平台的心理护理干预,分别于干预前、干预3个月后采用妊娠相关焦虑量表对两组患者进行评估,并于终止妊娠后对两组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率进行比较。结果:(1)干预3个月后,实验组存在焦虑的人数少于对照组(χ~2=20.512,P0.05),实验组患者的焦虑得分低于对照组(t=-5.353,P0.05),差异有统计学意义;(2)干预3个月后,实验组患者三餐后2h血糖值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.132,-2.248,-2.030;P0.05);(3)实验组患者的剖宫产、新生儿并发症以及产妇并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.296,5.780,7.026;P0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的心理护理能有效降低妊娠期糖尿病患者的焦虑水平,促使患者进行自我管理,进而改善妊娠结局。

The Effects of Psychological Nursing on Anxiety of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients Based on WeChat Platform

Objective:To evaluate the intervention effects of the psychological nursing on anxiety of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients based on WeChat platform.Methods:A total of 86 GDM patients were divided into the experimental group (43 cases)and the control group (43 cases)by the random number table method.In the control group,there was given routine nursing and the experimental group was implemented psychological nursing intervention based on the WeChat platform included the routine nursing.Two groups were measured by the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire before and after three months of intervention,and the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications were compared between the two groups after termination of pregnancy.Results:①The patients with pregnancy related anxiety in the experimental group after three months of intervention,which was less than that in the control group(x2 =20.512,P ＜0.05);The pregnancy related anxiety score in the experimental group after the intervention of three month,which was lower than that in the control group(t=-5.353,P＜0.05);②The 2h blood glucose in the experimental group after the intervention of three month were lower than those in the control group(t =-3.132,-2.248,-2.030;P ＜0.05);③The incidence rates of cesarean section,neonatal complications and maternal complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(x2 =5.296,5.780,7.026;P＜＜0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing intervention based on the WeChat platform can effectively reduce the anxiety level of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,promote the self management and improve the pregnancy outcome.
