综合医院护理人员睡眠质量与抑郁焦虑状况的相关性

目的:了解综合医院护理人员睡眠质量与抑郁焦虑状况的关系,为改善护理人员的睡眠质量提供参考。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对109名综合医院护理人员进行测评。结果:本组护理人员PSQI总分及各因子分均高于正常人群(U=5.76~15.33,P0.01),且41.3%(45/109)护理人员PSQI总分大于7分,远高于正常人群(χ2=69.11,P0.001);本组护理人员的SDS总分和SAS总分均高于我国常模(U=12.12,12.39;P0.01);SAS总分和SDS总分均与PSQI总分呈正向相关(r=0.534,0.897;P0.01)。结论:综合医院护理人员的睡眠质量较差,改善其抑郁焦虑状况有助于睡眠质量的改善。

The Relationship between Sleep Quality and Depression/anxiety Status among Nurses in General Hospital

Objective:To investigate the relationship between sleep quality and depression/anxiety status among nurses in general hospital,in order to provide references for the improvement of sleep quality of nurses.Methods:By using Pittsburgh sleep quality index Questionnaire(PSQI),Self - Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self - rating Anxiety Scales(SAS),the sleep quality and depression/anxiety status of 109 nurses in general hospital were as-sessed.Results:The total score and factors scores of the PSQI of the nurses in general hospital were higher than the normal group(U=5.76~15.33,P <0.01);The ratio of the total score of the PSQI in research group greater than 7 was 41.3%,which was higher than normal the group(χ2 =69.11,P <0.001);The total score of SDS and SAS were higher than norm(U=12.12,12.39;P <0.01 ),respectively;The total score of the PSQI were positively correlated with the total score of SDS and SAS(r =0.534,0.897;P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The sleep quality of nurses in general hospital is poor;Better depression/anxiety status are beneficial to improve the sleep quality of nurses in general hos-pital.
