成年早期抑郁障碍患者心理弹性与情绪智力和自动思维的关系

目的:探讨成年早期抑郁障碍心理弹性与情绪智力和自动思维的关系。方法:采用心理弹性量表(CDRISC)、情绪智力量表(EIS)和自动思维问卷(ATQ)对64名成年早期抑郁障碍患者进行问卷调查。结果:成年早期抑郁障碍患者心理弹性平均得分(44.73±14.89),低于中国社区人群(65.4±13.9),差异具有统计学意义(t=-11.56,P0.01);心理弹性中坚韧性均分为(1.71±0.72),力量性均分(1.84±0.60),乐观性均分(1.94±0.72);心理弹性与情绪智力呈显著正相关(r=0.73,P0.01),与自动思维呈显著负相关(r=-0.36,P0.01);情绪智力中自我管理和他人管理维度对心理弹性有正向预测作用,共解释心理弹性的总变异量的56%。结论:成年早期抑郁障碍患者心理弹性与情绪智力和自动思维密切相关,其中情绪智力对心理弹性有显著的预测作用。

The Research of Mental Resilience,Emotional Intelligence and Automatic Thoughts among the Early Adulthood of Depression

Objective:To explore the relationship between resilience,emotional intelligence and automatic thoughts among the edrly adulthood of depression.Methods:A total of 64 early adulthood of depression patients were tested by Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC),Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) and Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ).Results:The score of resilience of early adulthood of depression patients was lower than Chinese community people(t =-11.56,P＜0.01).The scores of the three sub-factors were tenacity,strength and optimism.The early adulthood of depression patients' resilience was positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=0.73,P＜0.01),and negatively correlated with automatic thoughts(r=-0.36,P＜0.01);self management and other management in Emotional Intelligence Scale could make positive predictions to the resilience of early adulthood of depression patients.Conclusion:The early adulthood of depression patients' emotional intelligence and automatic thoughts is closely related with resilience and emotional intelligence has significant predictions to resilience.
