尿液分析仪检测尿潜血与镜检红细胞的结果分析

目的:对尿液分析仪检测尿潜血和镜检红细胞的结果进行分析比较。方法:对410份门诊患者留取的尿液立即按照仪器操作说明进行尿液分析仪检测和显微镜检查。结果:尿潜血(OB)阴性镜检有红细胞(RBC)的有14例;尿OB阳性镜检有RBC的有141例,镜检无RBC的有59例。两种方法检测结果出现差异。结论:临床工作中尿分析仪潜血检测与显微镜检查红细胞应联合进行,不能相互取代。

The Analysis of Differences Beteen Urine Occult Blood Tested Byurine Analysator and Urine Erythrocyte Tested Under Microscope

Objective To analysis the differences beteen urine occult blood tested by urine analysator and urine erythrocyte tested under microscope.Methods Four hundreds and ten urine samples of patients in out-patient clinic were tested by urine analysator according to directions of instrumentation and tested under microscope immediately.Results fourteen urine samples with negative result of occult blood test had erythrocytes tsteed under microscope.In urine samples with postive result of occult blood test,one hundred and forty-one urine samples had erythrocytes tested under microscope and fifty-nine urine samples without erythrocyte.The results of two testing methods were different.Conclusions In clinical working,urine occult blood tested by urine analysator and urine erythrocyte tested under microscope ought to be utilized jointly,not to be substituted with each other.
