摘    要:目的:对中药提取物胡芦巴总皂苷成分进行分析。方法:采用大孔树脂及硅胶色谱分离。通过物理、化学和光谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离纯化2个呋甾烷型的甾体皂苷。分别为甲基原薯蓣皂苷(methyl-protodioscin)和甲基原翠雀皂苷(methyl-protodeltonin)。结论:methyl-protodioscin和methyl-protodeltonin均首次从胡芦巴属植物胡芦巴中分得。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the total saponin from Trigonella foenum-graecum. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on macroporous resin and silica gel and elucidated by physical and chemical evidences and spectroscopic analysis. Result: Two compounds were obtained and identifiedas methyl-protodioscin and methyl-protodeltonin. Conclusion: Methyl-protodioscin and methyl-protodeltonin were isolated from this plant for the first time.
