Laparoscopic diagnosis and management of foramen of Winslow hernia - case report

Summary

Laparoscopy is a valuable tool in the diagnosis and management of abdominal pain. In this paper we report the first case of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of small bowel obstruction caused by a rare form of internal hernia, into the lesser sac through the foramen of Winslow.
