| 摘 要： | 流行病学研究中常见的伦理学问题主要有：研究对象的自由参与、流行病学研究中的”盲法”与研究对象的知情同意、流行病学研究的真实性与保护研究对象的隐私、对暴露因素的测量与研究对象的机体和心理损伤四个方面。因此,在流行病研究中一方面要遵循科学研究方法的原则,另一方面要采取切实可行的措施遵循伦理学原则。

| Abstract: | There are normal ethical issues in epidemiology study: free partaking of the study objectives,the dilemmas between the "blindness" of epidemiology study and informed consent of the study objectives,between validity of epidemiology study and protecting secret of the study objectives,between measurement exposure factors and injuring in the body and mentality of the study objectives.Therefore,the researchers should abide by the principle of science research in epidemiology study,on the other hand,abide by the principle of ethics. |
