| 摘 要： | 本文报道10例肾上腺动脉造影,并与CT及B超检查对比,发现前者诊断正确率远比后者为高,而且能显示血管解剖细节。文中还介绍造影的几种方法,讨论了适应症与造影价值及并发症。作者认为虽然这一技术有一定难度,但它对诊断,定位及栓塞均有相当价值,应予以重视。

| Abstract: | Ten cases of adrenal arteriography are reported. Compared with CT and ultrasonography (US), the rate of diagnostic accuracy of arteriography is far superior to that of CT and US. In addition, artcriography can show the dctail of vascular anatomy.The paper introduces several arteriograpic mcthods and discusses thc indication, value and complication of adrenal arteriography. The authors consider that although the technique of adrenal arteriography is not quitce easy, it is valuable for adrenal tumors. to be diagnosed, localized and cmbolized. |
