| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频超声诊断浅表软组织内异物的临床价值.材料和方法: 回顾性分析35例48个外伤后浅表软组织内异物的超声表现.结果:浅表软组织内玻璃异物11例20个,石头异物4例7个,金属异物11例12个,木柴异物9例9个.超声表现为软组织内条索状、斑点状结构的强回声或偏强回声,与周围组织境界清楚.其中9例表现为无包膜低回声结节,经手术病理证实为异物性肉芽肿,8例局部化脓,表现为异物周围无回声区.结论: 高频超声对浅表软组织内异物的定位诊断具有重要临床价值.

| Abstract: | Parpose: To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in detecting foreign bodies in superficial soft tissue. Materials and Methods: The ultrasonographic characteristics of 48 foreign bodies in superficial soft tissue of 35 cases were reviewed and analysed. Results: 20 pieces of glass in 11 cases,7 stone in 4,12 metal in 11 and 9 timber in 9 were found. A stripe-cord like or spotty structure of hyper or moderate echogenicity with clear boundary were revealed in soft tissue. Non-capsular hypoechogenic nodules were observed ,which were proven foreign body granulomas by pathology after surgery in 9 cases. Echo-free regions could detected around foreign bodies with local suppuration in 8 cases. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound has important clinical value in characterizing foreign bodies in superficial soft tissue. |
