危重病人203例深部真菌感染的调查研究

目的在住院危重病人群体中，调查深部真菌感染多发菌种及药敏情况。方法沙堡弱培养基培养标本，念珠菌显色培养基进行鉴定分型，真菌抗生素敏感试验板条进行药敏试验。结果203株真菌中，白念珠菌感染率最高，占74．4％。分离的菌株对5-氟胞嘧啶、制霉菌素、两性霉素B的敏感性较高，分别为82．9％、72.8％、70．7％；对咪康唑的耐药性较高，为27．8％。结论对于危重病人应多部位、重复两次以上进行真菌培养，根据药敏结果选择抗真菌药物；对于老年危重病人，尤需注意深部真菌感染的高发病率。

Investigative of deep fungus infecton in intensive- care 203 patients

Objective Among serious in-patients,to investigate the hi gh frequence species and susceptibility of deep fungus infecton.Methods Sabouran d's agar culture medium was used to culture fungi,Candida color culture medium w as employed to identify the fungi and drug sensitive test was performed by funga l identification strip.Results The incidence of Candida albicans infection was t he highese,was 74.4% The separated fungi were relatively sensitive to 5-fluorocy tosine,nystatin and amphotericin B, was 82.9%,72.8%,70.7%,and resistant to miconazole,was 27.8%.Conclusions For intensive-care patients,it need more s pecimen from different parts of body and test needs to be repeated two or more. To select anti-fungus drugs with the result of fungus culture,drug sensitivity test is very important in clinical practice,especially for the aged,we must ta ke care of the high morbidity of deep fungus infection.
